*Organizers* : Moulay Barkatou, Thomas Cluzeau and Jacques-Arthur Weil

 *Aim and scope* :

The aim of this conference is to present recent advances regarding symbolic or symbolic-numeric algorithms for studying differential equations,
difference equations or linear partial differential equations.

Themes will include reduction of systems to simpler forms, methods for local solving (formal, symbolic-numeric, modular), methods for global
solving or simplification (e.g factorisation), applications, dynamical aspects, etc.

The talks may show similarities and différences in the way ODEs, difference equations or linear PDEs are handled. We would like to put an
emphasis on the state of developpment of related software implementations and the publicity of such codes.

*Confirmed invited speakers* :

George Labahn (Canada/Waterloo, Symbolic Computation Group)

Alexander Prokopenya (Belarus, University of Brest)

*Organization* :

Apart from the invited talks, participants are encouraged to propose contributions (title and abstract of at most 2 pages) by email
(moulay.barkatou@unilim.fr, cluzeau@ensil.unilim.fr,jacques-arthur.weil@unilim.fr).

The themes are open, but talks containing algorithmic aspects will be favored, as well as presentations by PhD students or young researchers.

*Registration* :

There are no registration fees. Lunches should be freely offered to registered participants. For organizational reasons, we ask participants
to please pre-register before january 31
(moulay.barkatou@unilim.fr, cluzeau@ensil.unilim.fr,jacques-arthur.weil@unilim.fr).
